With its moveable container design, FHJ Series Container Mixers are the perfect choice for all types of powder and granular materials. When the container loaded with raw materials is moved into position, it will be pneumatically lifted and locked securely with the mixing head by automatic controls. The raw materials will then be mixed homogeneously by mixing blade and high speed crusher while the mixing head rotates 180 degree to working position. The container will then return to original position and be separated from the mixing head when the mixing process is finished. The whole mixing process is automatically controlled by PLC/HMI, achieving homogeneous mixing results efficiently.
