The LCB series steel belt cooler is composed of several key components, including an extrusion unit, stainless steel conveyor belts, a crushing mechanism, and a cooling water spray system. The primary function of the cooling water spray system is to effectively cool the stainless-steel belts. As the extruder processes and extrudes the hot molten material, it is carefully pressed into a 1-2mm thick strip by the extrusion rollers. As the material is transported on the stainless-steel belt, it will be cooled down to room temperature. Finally, the integrated crushing mechanism is responsible for breaking the cooled material into smaller flakes, facilitating easy discharge.
